At, we strive to maximise customer satisfaction and do our best to ensure that the supplied material match customers’ expectations.

This is why we allow return of building materials bought under the following conditions:

1. The materials delivered are different from the materials ordered. The difference can be in terms of brand, size/dimensions, type of the material ordered (eg. 43 Grade vs. 53 Grade cement, 10mm vs. 12mm steel, etc.)
2. At time of delivery, if the materials are found to be damaged/defective/tampered. 

If materials are being returned, has to be informed at time of original unloading by sending a mail to with details about why you want to return the materials. Please make sure you mention the invoice # in the mail.

Returns will not be accepted if,

1. The materials have been opened/used, either fully or partially.
2. The materials have been tampered with after delivery. This includes faulty storage.

We do not accept partial returns. For example, if you ordered 170 bags of cement, used up 150 of those, you cannot return the 20 unused bags.

If replacement for the materials returned is unavailable, we will refund the customer the amount that has been paid for the material. The refund will be carried out through online bank transfer via NEFT/RTGS.
